c. 1890-1910 Metal Industrial Bakery and/or Ice Cream Plunger Cutter #3

This great single cut,  c. 1890-1910 metal industrial bakery and/or ice cream plunger cutter measures 3.25″  by 4.25″ on bottom.  It is 4 5/8″ to top of handle.

There is same slight surface rust which can be cleaned.  The plunger works stiffly, but with some silicone spray or mineral oil, it will work fine.

This was probably used to make ice cream sandwiches, cookies, buns, etc.

I see it as the perfect cutter for filled cookies!
