Made in U.S. Zone, Germany – Bread Basket With Painted Tin Bottom

Vintage bread basket made in the U.S. Zone, Germany, post WWII. The tin bottom has a few rust specks that show in the pictures and in no way detract from this beautiful and colorful piece.  Basket is approximately 7-1/4″ x 11″  and the tin bottom 5-1/4″ x 7-5/8″. The exterior rim of the tin is imprinted “Made in Germany” and the bottom, as shown, is stamped “Made in U.S. – Zone Germany”.
