Kenneth Turner, London, is famous for its high-end candles, crystal & silver plated candle holders, home fragrances and decorative accessories. The line is carried at Selfridges, Amara and other exclusive stores in England.
These handsome candlesticks have center pillars that are covered in patterned black leather with a stitched-down back seam and baluster shaped tops and stepped-back bases. The bottoms are felted and have a silver Kenneth Turner London plaque.
It appears they were purchased in London by the estate owners, since the KTL line has only a single U.S. distributor, and these particular candlesticks are no longer being made.
I estimate their original cost to have been several hundred dollars. (As an example, a Kenneth Turner 3-wick Pillar Fragrance Candle retails for $160.00).
