PAIR! – Silver – Double Sided Covered Serving Dishes – w/ Passing Handle – Downton Abbey Elegance

It is rare to find a pair of these individually covered, two sided, silver serving dishes.  Two, Four, Six, Eight, how many sides does it take?  This versatile pair allows you to serve up to eight different menu items.  The covers can serve as serving dishes OR as part of a place setting as side dishes.  These Mid 20th century, American made, serving dishes offer many options.

Pairs are difficult to find, we will not separate this pair. If you desire only one, you may purchase the pair and gift the second.

They measure 10.25″ x 8.25″  x 3.25″ over all. The smaller compartments measure 6.5″ x 4″ x 1″. One is marked  English Silver MFG Corp flanked by lions as shown.

Our basic policy is no consignments!  We are making an exception for a number of Elegant Dining pieces from the collector who also has the pieces offered in the Coined – When Silver & Coins Are Joined category.  These pieces will not be in Shops At Fayrehale – They will remain in the collector’s possession until sold.
