c. 1890-1910 Metal Industrial Bakery and/or Ice Cream Plunger Cutter

This great 3 cut,  c. 1890-1910 metal industrial bakery and/or ice cream plunger cutter measures 7 1/2″ by 3 1/4″ on bottom.  Each section is 3 1/4″ by 2 1/8″.  It is 4 5/8″ to top of handle and 10 1/2″ long with the handle.

There is same slight surface rust which can be cleaned.  The plunger works stiffly, but with some silicone spray or mineral oil, it will work fine.

This was probably used to make ice cream sandwiches, cookies, buns, etc.

I see it as the perfect cutter for filled cookies!
